Ralph
W. Carlton, CPA; Alan
S. Healy, CPA, and David
S. Frederick, CPA, formed Carlton, Healy & Frederick in
1981. CH&F was a direct outgrowth of Ralph W. Carlton, Public
Accountant, a firm that had been servicing Boston's
North Shore since the mid-1960s.
Formed with the primary goal of providing tax preparation and
small-business accounting services to local clients, CH&F
now offers a wide range of financial and tax-related services
to individuals and businesses worldwide.

The firm expanded in January, 1988, with the welcoming of Richard
J. Healy, CPA, as a partner. In January, 1998, while continuing
as an active member of the firm, Ralph W. Carlton retired as partner.
In conjunction with his retirement, the firm announced the addition
of Lenore
N. Howland, CPA, as a partner. Carlton, Healy & Frederick
currently operates from its offices at 4 Tioga Way in Marblehead,
MA.

Alan S. Healy, CPA
|

Alan S. Healy is a 1972 graduate of Boston College. He has been
a practicing Massachusetts-licensed CPA since 1979. Alan is also
a member of the AICPA and the MSCPA, and is a lifelong resident
of Marblehead, MA. |

David S. Frederick, CPA
|
|
|
|
David S. Frederick is a 1970 graduate of Boston College and its
School of Management Honors Program. He has been a practicing Massachusetts-licensed
CPA since 1980, and is also a Notary Public. David is a member of
the AICPA and the MSCPA, and resides in Danvers, MA. |

Richard J. Healy, CPA

Richard J. Healy is a 1978 graduate of the University of Massachusetts,
Amherst. He has been a practicing Massachusetts-licensed CPA since
1982. Richard is also a member of the AICPA and the MSCPA, and is
a lifelong resident of Marblehead, MA. |

Lenore N. Howland, CPA

Lenore N. Howland is a 1985 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Bentley
College, where she was a Presidential Scholar. She has been a practicing
Massachusetts-licensed CPA since 1989, and is also a Notary Public.
Lenore is a member of the AICPA, MSCPA, NSTP, and AITS. She is also
a QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor and a Board Member of the Paychex
Advisory Board. Lenore is a thirty-year resident of Reading, MA. |

Ralph W. Carlton, CPA

Ralph W. Carlton is a 1957 graduate of the Bentley School of Accounting
& Finance, and has been a practicing accountant since that time.
He became a Massachusetts-licensed PA in 1964, and a Massachusetts-licensed
CPA in 1998. Ralph is a member of MAPA, and has served on the National
Grand Bank Board of Directors since 1985. He is also an avid sailor,
and a member of the Marblehead Boating Center. Ralph is a life-long
resident of Marblehead, MA. |

Ann Marie Noble is a graduate of Kean College, and has been a
practicing Massachusetts-licensed CPA since 2001. She is also
a graduate of Boston College, where she earned her Masters Degree.
Before joining CH&F, she worked for both Arthur Andersen and
Deloitte & Touche. In addition to her work as an accountant,
Ann Marie has also worked as a research chemist and a middle-school
math & science teacher. She also volunteers her time to the
North Shore Elders Money Market Program.

Lynn
K. Foster attended the University of Connecticut as an English Major.
She received a Certificate in Accountancy from Bentley College in
1987, and became enrolled to practice before the IRS in 1992. Lynn
has been a staff accountant at CH&F for 22 years, and has worked
in public accounting since 1974. She resides in Peabody, MA. |

Christy Marques

Christy
Marques graduated from Salem State College in 2000 and is member
of the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society. Before joining CH&F, she
worked for both Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. Christy is
currently pursuing her license to become a CPA. Christy currently
resides in Marblehead, MA. |
